Felt Bicycles Felt Z3 and ZW3 (2015) Bike Rental

Traveling into town for a race or business trip? Airline fees have grown out of control, leave your bike at home and rent one of ours. We have a size run (51,54x2,56x2,58x2,61 and Women's Small and Medium) of high end road bikes available for you to rent. These are full carbon bikes with 11 speed Ultegra 6800 components. 

Bike Reservations cover one week surround each weekend to allow ample time for drop off and pickup. The rental period is from Wednesday to Tuesday. The dates shown for reservations here represent the starting date of each rental period. 

Why don't we rent tri bikes? It comes down to fit. Riding a tri bike that is not your own can be a less than satisfying experience and we know that our rental customers don't want to pay for a rental, a full bike fitting, and some component swaps just to get their rental bike to fit. So we stick with road bikes. 

Bring your pedals along, we'll install them on the bike for you. You are also welcome to bring your own saddle if you'd like. Aerobars cannot be installed on these bikes as drop handlebars that would be damaged by a clip-on aerobar. 

Rental periods are one week running from Wednesday to Tuesday so you can have the bike during prime weekend riding and racing time. Rentals can be picked up at the shop on Wednesday (or later in the week), and must be returned by Tuesday. All rentals require payment in full at time of reservation. Rentals are non-refundable as your reservation means we are turning others who would like to rent bikes away. 

Dates shown here for reservation are from mid May to mid September. Please call us at 952-473-0093 for early or late season rentals.If a date does not show up above, the model you are viewing has already been reserved for that weekend. No availability and you still really need a bike for your event or trip to MN? Give us a call, no guarantees, but occasionally we can round up a shop bike or employee bike that might work for you. 

Please review the posted Rental Agreement. You will be asked to sign a copy of this agreement at the time you pickup your rental. 

All rental bikes must be picked up in store. If you are ordering only a rental choose "Pick Up at Store" to avoid shipping costs. If you have placed additional items in your cart you may select another shipping option but your bike will still be held for in store pickup.

Gear West ships purchases using UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We make every effort to get your order out as quickly as possible, in some cases same day. However, ski orders may take a few days to get out of our store depending on the shop services required.

Canadian Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Gear West, and if for any reason you need to return or exchange an item we want to make it as easy as possible for you to do so.

- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Store credit will be given after 30 days.
- Items must be in new and unused condition and must be returned with all original packaging.
- Clothing items (shoes, boots, and apparel) must be clean and unworn with all original hang tags still attached.
- Partial store credit may be issued if product is returned in used condition or if not returned with original packaging.
- Returns of mounted skis will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Service (mounting, grinds, hotboxes, etc.) will not be refunded.

- Gear West Ski, Run & Soccer does not credit shipping costs unless it is our mistake.

- Pack returned items with original packaging and ship via UPS, Fedex, or USPS insured mail.
