Shari worked at Best Buy as President of Multichannel Retail for all the stores, ecommerce and Best Buy’s real estate strategy. Shari joined Best Buy after graduating from University of Michigan, Flint.
She serves on the board for Ecolab Inc, PetSmart and Allina Health. In 2021 Shari became Minnesota United FC’s new CEO. Shari brings an extraordinary amount of grit,
determination, intelligence, focus and humbleness to her amazingly successful business career. She will deliver a message important to anyone who is interested in
the journey of personal growth.
Jan and her husband Brian started Gear West from scratch over 33 years ago. Jan has continued to build GW from a 500 sq ft building into the specialty sports store it is today. Jan is an avid developer of women’s programming, specifically for cross country skiing and created the idea for the American Birkebeiner’s Ski de She event.
Jan is a mother of two grown boys and is a focused endurance athlete with years of racing in triathlons, cross country skiing, biking, running and paddling.
Nicole is the owner of SOAR Health + Wellness Coaching. She is a Health Coach, Functional Nutrition Coach, and Endurance Coach.
Nicole is passionate about helping women use food as both fuel and a pharmacy. As a lifelong learner, athlete, and adventure seeker she trains for triathlons across the
country and transforms her clients through nutritional improvements.
Cara is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with extensive experience in orthopedic sport medicine. Cara owns and treats patients at her business, Precision Performance
Physical Therapy in Minnetonka. She is also a strength coach for the Loppet Foundation.
Cara is a competitive Nordic skier and mountain biker and is looking forward to her first 100k single track race in Bentonville. Cara also enjoys spending time in the woods, camping, gardening and music!
