Improve your cycling fitness during the indoor season
 

Gear West Indoor Cycle Training is a power based indoor cycling program that is meant to increase your cycling performance through power based intensity indoor rides on stationary “smart” trainers. Bring your road or tri bike (steel skewer in rear wheel), towel, cycling shoes, riding outfit, water bottles and positive attitude!

 

Three 8 week phases (2 classes per week)
Pedaling Skills & Base Building | Strength & Endurance | Build & Race Training
 
 

Session 1 - Pedaling Skills & Base Building - Work with cadence and lower intensity intervals to build efficiency and base mileage.

                  Mondays & Wednesdays 6pm                Nov. 5 - Dec. 26

*last week of session days/ times are flexible based on riders' availability and Holidays.

                   Tuesdays & Thursdays 6pm                    Nov. 7 - Dec. 27   

 *last week of session days/ times are flexible based on riders' availability and Holidays.

               Saturdays 10am                                  Nov. 3 - Dec. 22

 

Session 2 - Strength & Endurance Training - This session centers around workouts  designed to increase overall strength and endurance.

                  

Mondays & Wednesdays 6pm                Dec. 31 - Feb. 20

                   Tuesdays & Thursdays 6pm                    Jan. 1 - Feb. 21   

OR

               Saturdays 10am                                  Dec. 29 - Feb. 16

 

 

 

 

Session 3 - Build & Race Training - Workouts in this session will be at high intensity to get riders ready for outdoor riding and racing.

                   Mondays & Wednesdays 6pm                Feb. 25 - Apr. 17

OR

                 Tuesdays & Thursdays 6pm                    Feb. 26 - Apr. 18   

OR

                            Saturdays 10am                                  Feb. 23 - Apr. 13

 

 

Prices:

Mon/ Wed. or Tue/Thr Sessions:                            Saturday Session:

1 session - $256                                                            Saturday only session - $128

2 sessions - $480 (you save $32)                             Add Saturday for $112

3 sessions - $624 (you save $144)                            Add Saturday for $80

Drop ins - $20 per class

*Bike storage is included with registration of full sessions*
