Activities will be a mix of everything Northwoods fun: You and the weather will determine the workouts:
active pole hiking / mtn biking / trail running / rollerskiing / outdoor strength / indoor stretching (or yoga) + the use of BREATH in racing, recovery and stress reduction.

Friday aft – evening: Arrive at the Chicago House. Or? Join a group for dinner at 7:00pm in Hayward (location TBD). Otherwise informal introductions at 9:00pm in the living room of the Chicago House.
Saturday morning: 7-8:30am Breakfast in the Chicago House kitchen. Morning and afternoon activities dependent on groups’ interests and weather. Bring box lunch. Specific details TBD by participants.
Saturday late afternoon/ evening: 4-5:00pm hangout, relax. 6-9:00pm informal dinner at Chicago House.
Sunday: 7-8:00 breakfast. 8:15-9:15 outdoor strength. 10-12 select workouts. Box lunch. Leave for home 1:00pm+
