The Gear West Ski Swap is November 9, 8 am to 12 pm. Doors open at 8:00am

We do not charge a fee to enter your items. But our event is a fundraiser for a few of our local teams who provide volunteers and equipment. So, 20% of the selling price is donated to those schools, 80% goes back to the seller.  

 Items sold can be paid out via check, or store credit towards the purchase of new equipment. 

We will not be accepting any SNS or Pilot boots.

Cross-country skis, boots, bindings, poles, and gently used clothing. No alpine products please.

 The ideal number of skis is N+1 ("N" being the amount you currently own) But, sometimes we must subtract before we can add. If you must subtract, you might as well give a new skier a great deal on that trusty old favorite and bring joy to someone new to the sport! 

Seller Drop off: 11/4/24 – 11/8/24: 10am – 7pm @ Gear West  

Swap Schedule: 11/9/24: 8am - Door Opens – Noon – Swap Ends 

Seller Pick-up: 11/9/24 – 1:00 pm – 5:00pm*, or 11/10/24 – 12 – 4:00pm 

*If your item/items do not sell, we will contact you on Saturday 11/9 via phone and let you know.  

Items not picked up by Sunday, 11/10/24 will be considered a donation to our local teams unless you contact us by 4:00PM on Sunday November 10th, 2024
